Named in honour of the original owner’s wife, Joy is a deliciously refreshing, yet complex and sometimes polarising sparkling red wine. Blended from 70 % Shiraz and 30% Chambourcin grapes, and made in the traditional “methode champenoise” style and disgorged in September 2008. The mid-claret colour compliments the sweet cherry and blackberry nose and the ripe berry fruits with soft tannins impart a lovely long finish
